Japanese company Miyoshi introduces the TP-24G01, a wireless keyboard with built-in touchpad. The TP-24G01 uses 2.4GHz wireless technology offering a range of 10 meters. Technological innovations these days are certainly getting more distinct than ever. While we’ve seen many unique devices in the past, here’s one innovative keyboard. Thought it’s no Logitech diNovo or Asus keyboard, it’s a pretty eye-catching one from Miyoshi Japan. Dubbed as the TP-24G01, this wireless keyboard sports a rather interesting and attractive design.
Incorporated with a touchpad, the keyboard now aims to help users control the cursor movements without a mouse. That’s right! Located on the right part of the keyboard’s inventive body is a unique touchpad. The keyboard thus claims to eliminate the use of a mouse, reports PCLaunches.
In addition to this, the keyboard also houses a few media hot keys. They appear to offer direct access to applications like web browser and email. The keyboard can be plugged to the computer via a simple USB connection. Sporting wireless capabilities of around 2.4GHz, it also claims of a slider control on the left hand side. It is packed with basic functionality; whether it adds to the users’ comfort factor is not known yet.
There’s no word on a US or worldwide release, though it’s already available in Japanese stores for an affordable price of $108.
